1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Kritant Private Limited, accessing our Innovation Hubs, or enrolling in any of our memberships (including but not limited to Explorer, Creator, Innovator, and Entrepreneur plans), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our infrastructure, mentorship programs, and manufacturing services.

2. Ecosystem & Packages

Kritant provides structured innovation and startup support packages according to the stage, complexity, and goals of a student, innovator, entrepreneur, or startup.

• Execution Level: The exact execution level of any package (e.g., Idea Starter, Project Development, Advanced Prototype) depends on project complexity, required technologies, material cost, development duration, and manufacturing requirements.
• Custom Plans: Customized Institutional Plans and Startup Builder Packages are evaluated and quoted individually based on the aforementioned factors.
• Limitations: Consultation-focused packages do not include prototype manufacturing, CAD designing, fabrication, or patent filing unless explicitly listed in the invoice.

3. Co-working & Workspace Access

Access to our physical infrastructure, including Innovation Labs and Co-working spaces, is subject to availability and scheduling. Users are expected to maintain the decorum, safety standards, and operational guidelines of the STEM Labs and fabrication units. Kritant reserves the right to terminate access in cases of misuse, safety violations, or breach of community guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Innovators and startups retain full ownership of their ideas, prototypes, and intellectual property developed using our facilities, unless a separate equity, joint-venture, or co-development agreement is signed. Our Patent Support is strictly for guidance; we do not claim ownership over your IP simply by providing mentorship or fabrication services.

5. Component Supply & DotStore

Components sourced through DotStore are subject to availability and market pricing. While we strive to remove affordability barriers, pricing on specific hardware, IoT modules, and sensors may fluctuate. Kritant is not liable for manufacturing defects originating from third-party component suppliers, though we will assist in replacement per standard warranty terms.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, package pricing, or service offering at any time without prior notice. Existing enrolled participants will continue to receive the services outlined in their active agreement.
