Refund & Return Policy

1. General Overview

At Kritant Group, we are committed to providing high-quality innovation infrastructure, mentorship, and manufacturing support. Due to the customized, consultative, and time-intensive nature of our services (including ENABL manufacturing, AKAAR designs, and specialized incubation programs), our refund and return policies are structured to reflect the bespoke execution of each project.

2. Consultation & Service Packages

Fees paid for consultation-focused packages (such as the Idea Starter Package, Basic Creator Package, and Innovation Mentorship sessions) are non-refundable once the session has commenced or the roadmap has been delivered.

For long-term incubation and development packages (e.g., Project Development, Advanced Prototype, Startup Builder):

  • Cancellations requested before the commencement of structural design or hardware planning may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and onboarding fees.
  • Once prototype fabrication, component procurement, or dedicated technical mentorship has begun, fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. DotStore Components & Hardware

For physical components, robotics kits, and DIY electronics purchased through DotStore:

  • Standard Returns: Unopened and unused standard components may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged component, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized components, assembled modules, cut-to-length materials, and specifically procured institutional supplies are final sale and non-returnable.

4. ENABL & AKAAR Custom Fabrication

Services provided by ENABL (PCB designing, CNC cutting, 3D printing) and AKAAR (Customized paintings, creative installations) are entirely bespoke. Once a design is approved and manufacturing/creation has commenced, no refunds or returns are possible. We ensure quality checks at every stage, and minor revisions may be accommodated based on the original agreement scope.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Contact for Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or a significant failure to deliver the agreed-upon services in your chosen package, please contact us immediately at support@kritant.in. We review all disputes fairly and aim to resolve them in the best interest of the innovator.
