02Funding & Incubation Approvals

Participation in our programs, such as the Entrepreneur Plan, Elite Incubation Plan, or customized Institutional Plans, provides exposure and strategic support. However, we explicitly state that:

• Funding is Not Guaranteed: External funding, grants, seed investments, and venture capital decisions remain subject to independent evaluation by investors and institutional panels.
• Incubation Selection: Final selection for advanced incubation centres depends on startup quality, viability, and institutional criteria.

03Prototyping & Manufacturing

Through our divisions like ENABL and DotStore, we provide guided support for PCB design, 3D printing, CNC fabrication, and component sourcing. The final execution scope, quality, and timeline depend on project complexity, technological requirements, and material availability. Highly advanced industrial-grade manufacturing is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may fall outside standard package limits.

04Legal & Intellectual Property

Our patent and intellectual property support (including Prior-Art research and documentation guidance) is consultative. Government filing fees, official patent office charges, and external legal counsel fees are not included in our standard service packages unless specifically mentioned and quoted. We do not provide binding legal advice.

05Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall Kritant Private Limited be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our infrastructure, guidance, components, or incubation ecosystem. Innovators assume full responsibility for the safety, compliance, and commercial viability of the products they build within our facilities.
